Waerjak

Waerjak as he appears in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Foster son of Tarnum and Adrienne. Becomes the ruler of the Barbarians in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Trivia

The writer of Heroes of Might and Magic IV, Terry Ray, mentioned in his notes that Waerjak, Lysander and Gauldoth Half-Dead are brothers and illegitimate sons whom Nicolas Gryphonheart had by a woman named Idune. This never made it into the release version, the game only confirming that Lysander is a Gryphonheart. However, this doesn't exactly contradict anything, and there is a resemblance in the in-game portraits for Waerjak and Lysander. It is also mentioned that Waerjak's name means "griffin".
