Aurora borealis

Aurora borealis is the grail building for the conflux. It makes all the spells (titan's lightning bolt excluded) available if the corresponding level mage guild is built. In other words, it will not grant all level three or higher spells if the town only has level two mage guild. In addition, it will not make banned spells available.
