The Grand Vizier and Immortal King of Bracada. He offered aid in reclaiming the lands of Erathia from invaders, including the liberation of Steadwick and driving Tatalian and Krewlish forces from the western parts of the country.
Gavin Magnus discovered he was immortal when came back to life after being killed by one of Tarnum's Behemoths during the overthrow of Bracaduun. He supplies Tarnum's forces in their fight against the Elemental Planes in the Masters of the Elements campaign.
