== Vision for H3CSS sidebar colors ==
Hi Phasma - What is your vision for colors on the various sidebars? Do you want to keep a similar color scheme to what we have in the non-H3CSS or use something like the darker leather for headers? Turnam figured out how to add transparency to the assigned colors (those 2 extra hex digits)...maybe we want to use something like that? * I think that so long as text is legible, I'm fine with whatever. I'll always prefer no colours in sidebars personally, so I don't really have a say in this! Darker leather cutting straight into normal leather would look odd, so perhaps using borders with colour #e7ce8c may work? But I know you've got things colour-coded so we can just stick with that. ** I could be convinced on no colors as well...all the color work I did was just to standardize what we already had.
** I wonder - Could you giver H3CSS tables a default header color of something like style="background-color:#00000060!important;"? This just makes them slightly darker than the regular leather to show that they are header rows. * Is there a good way to set different settings for normal vs H3CSS (something like our swh template)? AFAIK, the !important tag makes the setting actually show in H3CSS as opposed to using the default, but can't be used to have different settings. This was ok enough when we had the default table headings being a little darker, I am just now looking for how to do that without overwriting the "normal" look. --[[User:Legate|Legate]] ([[User talk:Legate|talk]]) 13:58, 21 March 2025 (UTC)
