== Unneeded explanation? ==
Hello mate, | |||
I don't think that information about evil troops in Angelic Alliance is unneeded. For me it was unclear, whether e.g imps or troglodytes are not affected by morale bonus only themselves (and therefore cancel morale bonus to good and neutral units who are still considered one faction), or cancel the whole morale bonus of the artifact, so that morale fully depends on number of towns represented in the army and other typical events (e.g with pikemen, imps, goblins, and gnolls morale would be -2, if the latter were correct). BTW I hadn't yet tested Angelic Alliance with Conflux (not in HotA) and neutral units, but can imagine that they work like Inferno and Dungeon ones (e.g in classical game, phoenix + pikeman + gnoll means morale 0). If so, feel free to add it.--Dread Knight (talk) 12:06, 5 May 2021 (UTC)

Only in HotA they are lvl 7. The fandom wiki of HoMM still considers them to be lvl 10, after the original editor.--FirePaladin2 (talk) 10:10, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- meh, thought i wont need to restore all stuff about the dragons and the bless mechanics from the ground. stupid google cache didnt save adela's talk page.
- and cmon, homm3 is our specialty here, 'daddy said' is not enough, our point is how exactly it works in the game. and in the game all the target level-influenced spells show us the neutral dragons are lvl 7 both in SoD and HotA. and 'random lvl 7 dwelling' map object issue can be explained just as a balance feature: sharpshooters'/enchanters' dwellings cannot emerge as a random 4/6 lvl dwelling either.--GroundhogYear (talk) 11:36, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- Anyway, what happened? What's this stuff about Google cache? Did large parts of articles get deleted?--FirePaladin2 (talk) 18:12, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- emm... try to find in edit histories any entry dated by jan-sep 2019. (spoiler: you wont find any). or just compare this: Creature bank and this: http://web.archive.org/web/20190804200919/http://heroes.thelazy.net/wiki/Creature_Bank --GroundhogYear (talk) 18:21, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- So, basically, all edits dated by jan-sep 2019 were "deleted"? Also, didn't Naga Bank give gems?--FirePaladin2 (talk) 18:24, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- exactly. i remember the site being down for about a week. think it was cause of alices graduating from colleges and playing saxes for 5 years, but dont know for sure, u can ask terra about the details
- and gems in nagabanks are HD-mod feature, in vanilla SoD they give sulfur --GroundhogYear (talk) 18:31, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- I remember the site being down for a week. We should include the fact that it gives Gems in HD, since almost nobody plays without HD.--FirePaladin2 (talk) 18:35, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
- i think its already included everywhere. but maybe it wont hurt to add more asterisks to emphasize. --GroundhogYear (talk) 18:40, 5 March 2020 (UTC)

Gold Dragons[edit | hide | hide all]
Found out what prevents Gold Dragons from being resurrected by Sacrifice: http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=39912&pagenumber=23. It's not a bug, but the way the spell is made: first, the sacrifice part is a level 5 spell, but the 2nd part is actually just a regular Resurrection spell. Also, the wiki looks awesome thanks to you :) (HC uses this wiki many times on the forum for references).--FirePaladin2 (talk) 23:48, 12 March 2020 (UTC)
Dragons, again[edit | hide]
Look: we could say Azure Dragons are level 7, but add a bracket that says "10", since it might have been the devs' original intention to make them level 10, but they just couldn't add the level in the code itself and mess up all spells and skills (if you were a programmer, you would know how sh*tty stuff like that is and that it's better to leave them as level 7 in the code itself, but still consider them to be level x). I'm not saying we should delete/replace the 7, or just put the dragons in separate categories because of that.--FirePaladin2 (talk) 15:11, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
- Btw, I only added a trivia explaining this "conflict" on the respective units' pages, not changed anything.--FirePaladin2 (talk) 15:13, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
