Why is Frenzy considered a hindering spell?, it can't even be cast on enemies. I would instead consider Sorrow a hindering spell, as it may make the enemy lose a round. Azure Dragon's Fear is also hindering.
Edit: Added Sorrow and Hypnotize and added a note about Azure Dragons Fear and removed Frenzy.
