University is an adventure map location where a hero may learn up to four secondary skills to basic level for 2000 
per skill. However, a hero can not learn a secondary skills that are disabled from hero's class (e.g. barbarians can not learn water magic). Unlike witch hut, map-maker can not affect the skills that are offered in the university.
