Portal of Summoning

This is a Dungeon building that enables one to recruit creatures from remote dwellings. However, doing so doesn't reduce the number of creatures available in the dwelling. This means that when playing Dungeon, it might be more beneficial not flagging low-level dwellings when having access to high-level ones.
