White Tigers and Sabertooths are the level 3 creatures of Palace. They can be recruited from the ???.
"The auspicious White Tiger is a legendary creature dwelling in the caverns strewn all over the island of Vori. Strong, intelligent and agile, these beasts are hunters to be afraid of. It is no wonder that they are Vori's heraldic beast, a detail which also reflects the feline imagery found in real world heraldry." DoR Heroes Community post.
White Tigers also appear in Heroes of Might and Magic IV as part of the Preserve lineup. Like the Unicorns, they are intelligent beasts, capable of speech.

Heroes with a specialty
- Someone has White Tigers as a specialty, which increases the speed of any White Tigers or Sabertooths by 1 and their Attack and Defense skills by 5% for every 3 levels (rounded up).
Special Ability: Preemptive Strike
Preemptive Strike triggers when the White Tiger/Sabertooth is targeted by a melee attack in combat, retaliating against their attacker before the enemy has a chance to strike. There is a possibility that the whole attacking stack is killed by Preemptive Strike, therefore dealing no damage. White Tigers strike as aforementioned while Sabertooths also have the strikes twice ability, thus attacking once more after the enemy attacks.
