University is an Adventure Map location where a hero may learn up to four secondary skills to basic level for 2000 
per skill. However, a hero can not learn secondary skills that are restricted to his class (e.g. Barbarians cannot learn Water Magic). The map-maker cannot directly affect the skills that are offered in the university, but disabled skill will not appear in the University.
