What region contains these?
All of the towns mentioned here seem to be located in an unnamed land between the Upper Tunnels (aka Nighon Borderlands?) and the Deep Caverns.
To the best of my understanding, here is a map of the underground Nighon regions (with higher regions being toward the top of the table:
