0x0 is decimal 1

Just that list indices start at 0, and not at 1? If so, that's just confusing to write it that way. --Turnam (talk) 16:34, 15 September 2024 (UTC) It's a zero-based numbering, so yes, list indices and all reference ids and numbers start with 0 as the first object and 0x00 codes into number 1. But not always. If it's confusing, how would you reword it to make it more understandable?
