Was introduced in Restoration of Erathia as a neutral creature dwelling (with just +3 growth per week) and its functions were doubled later by Conflux town's Altar of Air in Armageddon's Blade.
Gives +1 weekly town growth bonus to Air/Storm Elementals in towns.
