Aurora borealis

Aurora borealis is the grail building for the conflux town introduced in Armageddon's Blade. It makes all spells of all levels (titan's lightning bolt excluded) available in the mage guild if the corresponding level of mage guild is built in the town. This means, that aurora borealis will not grant all level three spells (or higher) if the town only has level two mage guild. Also, it will not make banned spells available.
