King Targor is the King of one of the many tribes who followed the war god Vorr. He lead his tribe of barbarians to worship Vorr, until Tarnum showed him, with the help of the Pendant of Total Recall, where he went wrong - showing him his own crimes bringing the King to his knees, admitting he was wrong and abandoned Vorr telling him he and his barbarian tribe will no longer obey his rule, angering Vorr so that he kills him. Tarnum made a gravestone in the honor of his bravery.
