Effect: Worn about the neck, this necklace increases the combat speed of all hero's units by +1.

Necklace of Swiftness is a treasure class artifact equipped in the neck slot. When equipped, it increases the speed of hero's troops in combat by +1. It does not affect the movement points gained at the start of the day.
