Deep beneath the earth, you find a vault of the Ancients from before the Silence. Inside, you find a sealed casket, deeply etched with dire warnings. Ignoring them, you break the seal. Inside, you find Armageddon's Blade.

Armageddon's Blade is the key artifact in the Armageddon's Blade campaign. In Maker of Sorrows, the artifact is created by the great forgesmith Khazandar by combining several artifacts; however, the blade is not an actual combination artifact.
The immunity to 
Armageddon provided by Armageddon's Blade is unaffected by the 
Orb of Vulnerability: the Orb of Vulnerability only affects enemy creatures in this case, while allied creatures retain their immunity.
Trivia
- According to Greg Fulton in his Tavern of Might and Magic, there may be multiple Armageddon's Blades - artifacts forged to the same pattern. The originals would have been created by the Ancients, but Khazandar created the only one in recent memory.
