Peasant is a neutral creature recruited from the Hovel found only in the Adventure Map. They are recruited for free from the Hovel, but from Portal of Summoning their cost is 10 .

Peasants have the lowest AI Value in the game at 15.

Discussion

Basically, only Necropolis heroes might be interested in recruiting or fighting against peasants, as they are cheap and easy way to raise them as skeletons after battle or transform them into one in the Skeleton Transformer. Additionally, they can be used in Freelancer's Guild to trade for resources.
