A famous pirate and de-facto ruler of Regna featured in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer.
His name is probably a reference to the Dread Pirate Roberts from The Princess Bride.
Horn of the Abyss

Casmetra took the Horn of the Abyss, 
Jeremy believed that the very Dread Pirate Stanley was hiding in his mansion pretending nothing special had happened.
According to a rumor in Dead or Alive, he lost his memory, prompting other pirate to carry memory-warding pendants.
