  2. If there are multiple heroes with equal strength and level, then the one with the higher number of experience points is considered stronger.
  3. If there are multiple heroes with equal strength, level and experience points, then the one with the higher Reference ID is considered stronger.

Note, that since heroes start with a random double-digit XP, the chance of the third tie occurring is very low (and is mostly facilitated by the use of Trees of Knowledge).
