Not sure this building is really worth a detailed note. The problems with it are:
- The AI does not use it.
- Creatures cannot be bought upgraded, which can be a problem if there's no room in the garrison for a non-upgraded units and no hero available to make room.
- It's dependent on external dwellings, and controlling external dwellings will affect more than just the Portal of Summoning.
- What it gives is random if you control more than one type of external dwellings.
