Max Growth AI Value is a rough measurement for how strong one week's worth of troops from that town are. Useful for understanding the army's potential for Adventure Map object exploration and battles against wandering creatures.

Max Growth Fight Value is a rough measurement for how resilient during combat one week's worth of troops from that town are. Useful for understanding the army's potential for durability in hero vs hero battles.

Values are for the city by itself, with no external dwellings flagged. All flagged external dwellings increase the corresponding creature's growth in cities, which in turn increases the cost and the AI and fight values. The Dungeon's Portal of Summoning is also not factored in, as it is random and requires to have external dwellings flagged to function.
