This is just circumstantial evidence, but the scenario map for this level actually seems to match well with Dagrond being just across the large lake from Deyja. Maybe the campaign maps for this and Final Peace are flipped? It would make sense with the Shandar being the large East-West river encompassing the large lake on the Deyja-Avlee border. This is just circumstantial evidence, but the scenario map for this level actually seems to match well with Dagrond being just across the large lake from Deyja.
