A character which was probably going to appear in the original unreleased Armageddon's Blade campaign as the main antagonist. He was going to use the Heavenly Forge to create a new faction, the Forge, and start conquering the world with futuristic armies.
Horn of the Abyss
In Horn of the Abyss, he is going to be featured as a hero and a secondary character in the Factory campaign.
