Typically, it is better to sacrifice a troop with a greater number of creatures than a troop with the same total health but fewer units. A sacrificed stack does not leave a carcase to be resurrected or summoned into Demons.

Gold Dragons

Why can't I resurrect Gold Dragons with Sacrifice? Demes 12:31, 10 July 2014 (CEST)

Hello Demes, it appears the sacrifice part of the spell is level 5, whereas the resurrection part is level 4. You can therefore sacrifice gold dragons, but you cannot resurrect them. -Entelechy 15:06, 10 July 2014 (CEST)
