Artifact merchants

Available in Dungeon, Conflux and Tower towns.

Enables visiting heroes to buy various Artifacts - 3 Treasure Artifacts, 3 Minor Artifacts and 1 Major Artifact. The list of artifacts are the same in every town, for all colors. Once an artifact has been bought, it's taken off the list. At the start of each month, a new list is generated. Visiting heroes may also sell artifacts, although this screen is seriously bugged - the fifth miscellaneous artifact is not shown, and the arrows used to browse through the backpack are not functioning properly.
