Artificers are the magic heroes of Factory in Horn of the Abyss.

As they are heroes of a neutral town, this allows them to sacrifice for experience both creatures and artifacts on Altar of Sacrifice and in Grotto .

Artificers cannot learn Necromancy, which means they can only acquire it from Witch Huts (if allowed), Scholars, Seer's Huts, Pandora's Boxes or Events.
