The enigmatic Bracadan researcher who developed the theories behind Automatons. Todd Todd keeps his diary and portrait hanging in his workshop in Burton.

Trivia

This is a homage to Docent Picolan - the driving force behind Horn of the Abyss who passed away before the Factory was released.
