Basic Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 10% in combat.
Advanced Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 20% in combat.
Expert Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 30% in combat.

Interference is a secondary skill that lowers the power of the enemy hero. Clerics, Druids, Elementalists, Heretics, Necromancers, Warlocks, Witches and Wizards cannot learn Interference. Out of magic hero classes, only Battle Mages and Navigators can learn it, but the probability of learning it is still very low.
