Neela is one of the strongest of her kind, being able to resist an incredible amount of punishment. She somehow is able to instill this resistance in the troops she commands.

Comments: Her only flaw is that she is an Alchemist, thus doomed to have either Scholar or Mysticism as a starting skill. Even after that, she performs reasonably well due to her heavy physical defenses.
