Missing the target with your only shot often means starving to death. A native of the harshest part of Vori, the Volee glacier, Neia knows it all too well; this fate has befallen many hunters of her tribe. She is one of the only Vori elves alive who prefer a bow to a powerful javelin, but Neia's aim is so perfect that even a lightweight arrow spells certain end.
Receives a 5% per level bonus to Archery skill percentage.
