Wights and Wraiths are level 3 creatures of Necropolis town. They are recruited from the Tomb of Souls.
"Wights and wraiths are life destroying spirits damaging their opponents by draining life. The first wight or wraith in each troop regenerates all lost damage at the beginning of each combat round. While wraiths appear on the battlefield, two spell points per turn are drained from an enemy spellcaster's spell points pool." RoE manual
The Wraiths are good to be given to scouts, since their speed is the highest amongst the Necropolis units that will probably not end up in the main army.
Heroes with a specialty
- Charna the Death Knight has wights as a specialty, which increases the Attack and Defense skills of any Wights or Wraiths for each level attained after 3rd level and gives them a speed bonus of 1.
