Vial of Dragon Blood gives all dragons under the hero's command +5 Attack and +5 Defense.
Slayer grants the target troop a fixed +8 attack bonus against dragons (and other specified lvl 7 units, depending on the level of expertise in fire magic).
All living dragons as well as 
Hydras and Chaos Hydras, 
Sea Serpents and Haspids

Couatls and Crimson Couatls can be transformed into 
Bone Dragons at a Skeleton Transformer.
All living dragons have the breath attack ability except for
