The wizard outpost in Erathia where 
Catherine first landed when she returned to her homeland in the early 1165 AS. Cloudfire was destroyed by the forces of Nighon during the invasion of Erathia. Witnessing the devastation, Catherine vowed to restore her father's kingdom.
Cloudfire is also one of the default town names for 
Tower towns.
