Blacksmith is one of the standard buildings, which can be built in every town. It enables heroes to buy war machines.

First Aid Tent can be purchased for the cost of 750 gold.
Oddly enough, Necropolis heroes cannot learn first aid, even though their blacksmith produces first aid tents.
