This is separate from the +1 Red Dragon/Black Dragon added to the town's weekly growth due to the external Dragon Cave creature dwelling being flagged. Provided the Dungeon town is fully built (including an Upgraded Dragon Cave dwelling), after recruiting, the Red Dragon can then be upgraded to a Black Dragon.
