Bank is a Factory special structure. It can be used to get 2500 , however it decreases the town's income by 500 for 5 days. The Bank cannot be used again until the loan is paid off.

Although the Bank doesn't provide any extra gold in total, it can be used to get an immediate boost in order to afford key things, such as more creatures at the start of the week or a Castle or Capitol a turn earlier.
