A nefarious realm that ruins the minds and morale of all who enter, featured in the Conquest of the Underworld campaign. Ruled by demons which were most likely Kreegans.
Minor towns in the Underworld
Meddington: An Erathian town on the surface near the entrance to the Underworld.
Point Dume: A town in the 3rd level of the Underworld. Had issues with "enemies sneaking in all too easily".
Steadfast: A town in the 3rd level of the Underworld.
Worthington: A town in the 4th level of the Underworld. The demons engaged in psychological warfare here, launching constant skirmishes and burning buildings to prevent the defenders from sleeping.

Tarnum solved this by having the
Monks teach his army to meditate.
