Boots of Speed is a minor class artifact equipped in the feet slot. When equipped, the boots increase hero's movement on land by +600 points.
This artifact is a common candidate for artifact juggling as the movement benefit is gained at the start of every turn, and irrelevant to other aspects of gameplay. It is one of the most sought-after artifacts in the game, as movement points are a critical key to winning on Heroes 3 maps of all sizes.
