The Halflings and other refugees fled to Burton after the Kreegan invasion of Eeofol. Due to their success (seen in the campaign Forged in Fire 
), many other associated Factory towns began appearing throught Jadame. The towns ultimately became known collectively as the New Land Commonwealth.
