She appeared in Restoration of Erathia campaign For King and Country first, but was unavailable in a single scenarios. Her look changed in Armageddon's Blade and she is also available in The Shadow of Death. Typically Catherine is not playable, but the map-maker may enable her in scenarios or custom campaigns.
