This artifact plays an important role in the Dragon's Blood Armageddon's Blade and Clash of the Dragons Heroes Chronicles campaigns.

Differing accounts say the vial contains the blood of either the Dragon Father, the First Dragon Dame or the Grandfather of all Dragons. MutareMutareMutareMutare Mutare drinks it to become Mutare DrakeMutare DrakeMutare DrakeMutare Drake Mutare Drake, a sentient dragon.
