Counterstrike is a 4th level spell in the School of Air Magic. It enables allied troops to retaliate extra times. The effect becomes a mass spell at expert level.

Bug: There is a bug with Counterstrike, so even if it is dispelled, it will still work for the current round.

Units immune to Counterstrike:

•  Royal Griffin (Counterstrike can be cast on Royal Griffins, but it's a waste, since they already have unlimited retaliations.)
•  Gold Dragon
•  Black Dragon
•  Magic Elemental
•  Fangarm (Counterstrike can be cast on Fangarms, but it's a waste, since they already have unlimited retaliations.)

Most effectively cast on strong troops like Vampire Lords or those that strike all around, or massively numbered troops like Halberdiers.
