Need to fix one or more of these possible problems with the user commentary text: |
Estates is a typical secondary skill for a supply hero not involved in major battles. Having various "pay heroes" is a support to the economy, and when increasing their level of experience, it's worthy to upgrade Estates to advanced and expert as soon as possible, often ignoring strong combat or magic skills. "Pay heroes" should be kept in a safe place, as losing a hero with Estates will decrease daily income. A Witch Hut with Estates, visited by all heroes, would be a great luck. Estates is compatible with +350 gold specialty, thus, not including artifacts, a hero may bring 850 gold daily (1350 in Horn of the Abyss). Remember that Death Knights cannot learn Estates (while hiring Necropolis heroes playing for another town is generally ambiguous, as undead will spoil morale).
Chance to get
Out of total 112 for Shadow of Death, and of (112 + Interference chance) for Horn of the Abyss .

Specialty
The Knight version of Lord Haart specializes in Estates and receives a 5% bonus to his Estates income by level. With 125 Gold income from Basic Estates, the 350 Gold bonus requires reaching level 56 to match with the specialty. However, it is normally impossible not to have reached Expert Estates by this point, as a heroes should have maxed all their secondary skills by level 23 at the latest. With 250 Gold income from Advanced Estates (or Basic Estates with Horn of the Abyss), the 350 bonus is matched at level 28. Again, this scenario is not normally possible as the hero should have reached Expert Estates by then. With 500 Gold income from Expert Estates (or Advanced Estates in Horn of the Abyss), the 350 Gold bonus is matched at level 14. With 1000 Gold income from Expert Estates in Horn of the Abyss, it is matched at level 7.
