Basic Effect

It enables allied troops to retaliate extra times. The effect becomes a mass spell at expert level.

Royal Griffin (Counterstrike can be cast on Royal Griffins, but it's a waste, since they already have unlimited retaliations.)
Fangarm (Counterstrike can be cast on Fangarms, but it's a waste, since they already have unlimited retaliations.)
