Balfour is a campaign-exclusive hero and is not playable in custom-made maps. However, his portrait is available in map-editor and can be chosen if a custom hero is created on the map. He is based off the hero Zilare.

Story

Black Balfour is a ruthless pirate captain, who for years was believed to be the father of Tawni Balfour. He was first mentioned posthumously in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Dargem encounters Balfour on his quest to obtain the Horn of the Abyss.
