It was by pure accident that Clancy discovered he could communicate with Unicorns, but this unique ability has served him well as he worked his way through the ranks of AvLee's Military Elite.

Increases the Speed of allied Unicorns and War Unicorns by 1 and their Attack and Defense skills by 20% 5%  for every 6 levels (rounded up).

Story

Clancy serves under Lord Fayette. While scouting the Contested Lands for Deyjan incursions, Clancy met and befriended Gem. He offered to help Gem in her quest to retrieve artifacts for the undercover necromancer, Sandro. When Lord Fayette is murdered, Clancy and Gem again team up to bring his murderer to justice.
