Starting Movement Points:

Finneas is not a one of original Restoration of Erathia heroes, but was introduced in Shadow of Death expansion. He is only available in the campaigns, and not even the map-maker can enable him. Unlike other expansion heroes, Finneas seems to be modeled on an already existing hero, namely Thant. Additionally, Finneas's primary skills differ from the other necromancers; they are:
