Rissa survived The Reckoning and appeared as a hero on Axeoth.

The portrait of Rissa from Heroes IV is very different from the portrait from Heroes III, but the hero Annavanta clearly has the features of Rissa. Apparently, the developers made a mistake and mixed up the portraits.
