Slayer is a 4th level spell in the School of Fire Magic. It grants the target troop a fixed +8 attack bonus against the specified lvl 7 units, depending on the level of expertise in fire magic.
This spell is the strongest attack-increasing effect in game, except possibly Frenzy but also without its defensive drawback, granting +8 attack, but only against very specific 7th level units, and only ever to a single stack per cast.
Heroes starting with Slayer:
Heroes specialising in Slayer:
Creatures immune to Slayer:
- Fire and Energy Elementals
- Firebirds *(not in Horn of the Abyss) and Phoenixes
Note that this immunity means that they cannot have the spell cast on them. It is not a protection against the attack bonus from the spell cast on a creature attacking them.
Creatures capable of casting Slayer:
- Master Genies (Advanced level)
